    Housing Information 
    Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on post or finding a home off-post within the community.

    • Once you have orders to move, contact The Housing Services Office (831) 242-7974/7979. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.

    • The Unaccompanied Housing Office can be reached at (831) 242-7973.

    • Naval Post Graduate School on-base housing is privatized and operated by The Parks at Monterey Bay (831) 644-0400, which offers 2-5 bedroom homes based on rank and family size. Home amenities may include: Energy efficient appliances, central heat, garage or carport and walk-in closets. The community features two fitness centers, two indoor heated pools and dog parks.
